GENERALI have the right to refuse any request that would make me uncomfortable.Listed prices are the base prices. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.PAYMENTSPayment is via PayPal only. A 50% deposit must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.Remember that I need your approval on the sketches before I can start completing the commission. If there is a delay in your response, the delivery of the final commission will also be delayed accordingly.REFUNDSRefunds will only be issued in the event of an error on my part.For reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit (initial payment) BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum). If the sketch has already been approved, the initial payment becomes non-refundable.PROCESS AND REVISIONSPlease provide at least 3 visual references. Providing references allows me to create an accurate artwork based on your visions.I will update the client regarding the status of the sketch to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch, initial payments are non-refundable unless issued by me.Revisions will only be accepted during the sketch and coloring phase. I will only do 3 minor revision and 1 major revision for free. Additional fees may apply if client wants more revisions. Once the sketch and coloring has been approved, revisions are not allowed anymore.Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYI value the quality of each artwork. Please understand that waiting times may vary based on the complexity. However, actual turnaround will be up to 14 days.I will prioritize the client who approves and pays first. Rush works has an additional fee of at least 50% of the original price.
Final products will be delivered in high resolution PNG format via email.USEAll commissioned works are only for personal use. Credit artist @vadz_art for social media posting. It is prohibited to use them for commercial use without my permission. Please contact me via email for commercial works.Adding any of my works into any AI repository or engine is prohibited.RIGHTSAs the artist, I retain all intellectual property rights to the commissioned work. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned work for personal use. It is strictly prohibited for clients to commercially use, reproduce, distribute, and/or modify the commissioned work without my prior written permission.
